Refund/Cancellation Policy: • Cancellations must be submitted via email to the Conference Secretary. • Cancellations made 120 days or more before the conference will incur a deduction of up to $200 on administrative fees. • Cancellations within 100 days of the event are non-refundable but can be transferred to a future event. • Registrations are transferable until October 18, 2027. Transfers are not permitted after this date. • Processing Time: Refunds will be issued during the third week after the end of the conference
