He holds a PhD in Statistics from Dr Yashwant Singh Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry Nauni, Solan, Himachal Pradesh, India, with specialisation in applied statistics, econometrics, and data analysis. In teaching, he has experience of 8 years in delivering lectures to undergraduate and postgraduate students for courses such as Probability Theory, Statistical Inference, Regression Analysis, Design of Experiments, Econometrics and Statistical Software (R/SPSS/Excel/Jamovi etc.). His teaching approach emphasizes conceptual clarity, practical applications, and hands-on data analysis to prepare students for research and industry roles. His research focuses on applied statistical modeling, impact evaluation methods in agricultural and environmental statistics, and socio-economic data analysis.
